Aquanatal Classes are held on Wednesday mornings at a Didcot swimming pool. Classes last for one hour. This form of exercise is particularly useful for pregnant women as it facilitates cardio-vascular fitness, muscle strength and flexibility without the load-bearing work for the maternal joints that land based exercise involves. The class is followed by an informal question and answer session with healthy (ish!) refreshments and plenty of time to make new friends.
